Stock rules UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WHATSOEVER MAY ANY OF MY STOCKS BE USED ON REDBUBBLE.COM - EVER, due to copyright inconsistencies. [Message me for an explanation if you really need one, but no exclusions will be given]
Other than that, here are the rules.
It is really easy to identify which items in my gallery are stock items, and which ones are not. If they are stock, the word STOCK will appear on the gallery folder. If the word STOCK doesn't appear on the folder name, than that folder is my Art - and not stock. If you are unsure, please feel free to ask me.
The Dos You must credit me by linking back to the image that you use.
You must make a comment on the image or send me a note with a link to your work, so I can see it.
IF YOU ARE DISPLAYING IT IN VARIOUS PLACES (EG, THREE WEBSITES) THEN NOTIFY OF ALL OF THEM WITH A LINK.
You can sell your artwork on DA as prints, and off DA too [Exception - Redbubble.com. You cannot even display work using my stock there]
The Donts No distribution of my stock, in any way shape or form.
No objectionable work to be created from my stocks. Dark is ok, I like dark, but please, nothing tasteless and no porn [nude is fine].
No racist, sexist or overly offensive work.
No selling my stock - at all.
No adding of any work that contains my stock to REDBUBBLE.COM
The Maybes If you want to use my stock to make new stock - you need to ask me first and tell me roughty what kind of stock you want to create, and what your rules for that stock will be.
The same applies if you want to make brushes, and if possible, a copy of the brush to use in my own work [with due credit of course] would be awesome, but not mandatory.
